Conference Accommodations and Travel Assistance

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn in Austin.  To book your room at the discounted conference rate of $75.00 (plus tax), please contact Mike Murphy via email at mike@tcrc.net stating your name, arrival date and checkout date, smoking/nonsmoking preference, and the number of people that will be staying in the room.  It you desire you may reach him via landline at 512.919.7523.  We receive confirmation numbers from the hotel every Friday so you will receive your confirmation number on the Monday after making your reservation.

The Hotel has an airport shuttle.  There is an information area located in the down stairs baggage pickup area.  In the information area there is a phone there to call the hotel and they will send their shuttle to pick you up and take you to the Hotel.  They do not meet planes so you will have to call them after you land.
